When you create an account, we collect your email address, name, and profile picture (if signing in with Google). When you use our chat feature, we store your conversations to improve your experience and provide continuity across sessions. We also collect usage analytics such as page views, feature usage patterns, and session duration to improve our services. We do not collect sensitive personal information such as government IDs, financial account numbers, or health data. If you connect third-party services to BliniBot, we store encrypted credentials needed to perform automations on your behalf.
We use your information to provide and improve our services, process payments through Stripe, send important account notifications, and personalize your experience. Usage data helps us identify and fix performance issues, prioritize feature development, and improve the overall user experience. We never sell your personal data to third parties. We do not use your data for advertising or share it with data brokers. Your conversation data is used solely to provide the chat service and is not used to train any external AI models.
Your data is stored securely using Supabase infrastructure with encryption at rest and in transit. We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your information, including TLS 1.3 for all connections, row-level security policies on database tables, and encrypted credential storage for third-party integrations. Our application is hosted on Vercel with automatic DDoS protection and edge-level security. We conduct regular security reviews and follow OWASP guidelines for application security.
We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. For usage analytics, we use Vercel Analytics (privacy-focused web analytics without cookies), Microsoft Clarity (session recordings and heatmaps for UX improvement), and Vercel Speed Insights (performance monitoring). These tools help us understand how our services are used so we can improve them. We do not use advertising cookies or tracking pixels. You can disable non-essential analytics by adjusting your browser privacy settings.
We use Stripe for payment processing (PCI DSS Level 1 compliant), Supabase for authentication and data storage, and Vercel for hosting and deployment. Each of these services maintains their own privacy policies and security certifications. We also use Cloudflare Turnstile for bot protection on forms, which processes minimal data and does not use tracking cookies. When you connect external services through BliniBot, data flows directly between your account and those services using encrypted channels.
We retain your account data and conversation history for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we remove your personal data within 30 days. Anonymized usage analytics may be retained for up to 12 months for trend analysis. Payment records are retained as required by tax and financial regulations. You can export your data at any time from your account settings.
You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. You can request a copy of your data or account deletion by contacting us at support@blinibot.ai. We respond to data requests within 30 days. If you are located in the European Economic Area, you have additional rights under GDPR including the right to data portability and the right to restrict processing. California residents have rights under the CCPA to know what data we collect and to opt out of data sales (we do not sell data).
