By accessing or using BliniBot.ai, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services. We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We will notify registered users of material changes via email.
BliniBot.ai is an AI-powered business command center. It provides chat-based AI assistance for automating DevOps, marketing, SEO, and admin tasks across connected platforms. The service includes an admin dashboard for monitoring metrics and a digital content marketplace with guides and playbooks. Features vary based on your subscription tier: Free, BliniBot Pro ($15.99/mo), and BliniBot Pro Max ($99/mo). We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature with reasonable notice.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must provide accurate information when creating an account. One person may not maintain more than one account. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. If you suspect unauthorized access, contact support@blinibot.ai immediately. We may suspend or terminate accounts that appear to be compromised or fraudulent.
Paid subscriptions (BliniBot Pro and BliniBot Pro Max) are billed monthly through Stripe. You may cancel at any time, and your access continues until the end of your current billing period. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis within 14 days of purchase. Individual content purchases from the marketplace are non-refundable once accessed. We may offer annual billing at a discounted rate. Price changes will be communicated at least 30 days in advance.
You may not use BliniBot.ai for any illegal purpose, to harass others, to distribute malware, or to attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or the systems of third parties. You may not use the platform to send spam, scrape data from other services in violation of their terms, or bypass rate limits. Automated access to the API is permitted only through authorized integrations. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms without prior notice in cases of severe abuse.
Content you create using BliniBot belongs to you. Macros and workflows you build are your intellectual property and can be exported at any time. Marketplace content is licensed for personal use only and may not be redistributed, resold, or shared publicly without written permission. The BliniBot platform, BliniBot AI technology, and all associated branding, logos, and design elements are the exclusive property of BliniBot.
BliniBot.ai is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. BliniBot is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. This includes damages resulting from actions taken by AI-powered automations on connected platforms. You are responsible for reviewing and approving all automation plans before execution. Our total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. You can delete your account from the settings page or by contacting support. Upon termination, your access to paid features ends immediately. We will retain your data for 30 days to allow for recovery, after which it is permanently deleted. We may terminate accounts for violations of these terms, non-payment, or extended inactivity exceeding 12 months.
